Delivery

• For all orders made before 3pm Monday - Friday orders will be dispatched same day for standard delivery (3-6 working days*)
• Free shipping on orders over £50.00
• Orders under £50.00 are charged at £3.99

Please note - if you choose for your parcel to be left in a secure place or with neighbours you are accepting full responsibility for the safe delivery of your parcel and Kidsbe Ltd cannot be held liable for any stolen or missing parcels. 

* Working Days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

** UK Remote is Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Isle of Scilly.

Returns

We understand that sometimes you will change your mind and that you might need to return an item.  As long as your product is returned unused and in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or refund it for you.

You can return orders to us within 28 days for a full refund.  Returns are charged at £3.99 and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please submit your request via our Returns Portal where you will be able to print a return label.

To return your order simply visit your local pick up/drop off point where you see the collect+ sign (there are over 8,000 drop off points across the UK).

Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
